Mediation Of Gay/Lesbian Marriages Not Found In Court

Sarah and Beth have lived together for seven years a. They live happily ever after, but as so often happens, they drifted apart and their relationship began to charge at the edges. A mediator is not an advocate for both sides, and it will take the decisions that affect the regulation. They arc trained to listen and help both parties stay focused on the task during the mediation, the parties are encouraged to discuss all issues and the various ways in which they must resolve their differences.
The final product of a successful mediation is a Memorandum of Understanding.
